Glassie
Luna Group is seeking an energetic, reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a glassie. The primary role of the glassie is to ensure the cleanliness and smooth operation of the bar area by collecting, cleaning and restocking glassware. As a glassie, you will play a critical role in creating a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for our patrons by maintaining a tidy and well-organized bar.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collecting and washing glasses, ensuring they are clean and sanitary for reuse
- Restocking glasses, straws, and napkins as needed
- Clearing empty glasses and bottles from tables and counters
- Assisting the bartenders with stocking and preparation of ingredients
- Continuously monitoring the bar area and addressing spills or broken glass
- Maintaining a positive and proactive attitude towards customers, ensuring they have a great experience at the nightclub.

Bartender
As a bartender for Luna Group, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails, establishing a rapport with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized bar.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparing drinks quickly and efficiently for customers, including specialty cocktails and standard drinks.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and that all necessary ingredients are properly stocked.
- Demonstrating exceptional customer service by establishing relationships with regulars and attending to all customer needs.
- Managing inventory by taking stock of supplies, ordering new products when needed, and reconciling register receipts at the end of the night.

Receptionist
Luna Group is searching for a skilled receptionist to join our dynamic team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations and providing a friendly welcome to our guests. Our receptionist must have excellent communication skills, an enthusiastic personality and be a great team player.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet guests with a warm, friendly and professional demeanour
- Manage in-person, online and phone inquiries regarding club facilities and services
- Keep accurate account of guest lists, reservation and bookings.
- Maintain order at the front desk while enforcing club policies and procedures.
- Provide necessary support to the sales and marketing teams to maximize profit and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adequate supplies and materials such as promotional materials, brochures are available and in pristine condition.
- Be able to multitask and adjust to last-minute changes in tasks and schedules.
- Possess the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally in order to diffuse any conflicts that arise.

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role as well as excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities. Bar Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Luna Group. The ideal candidate must have a passion for the hospitality industry, exceptional management skills, and a strong understanding of beverage operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar and ensure that all inventory is well-stocked and readily available
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all employees, ensuring that all staff follow company standards for service, quality and cleanliness
- Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members, with a focus on customer service and bar operations
- Develop and implement cost effective strategies to maximize revenue and profitability for the company
- Meet weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets, and consistently monitor and adjust pricing strategies in response to industry trends
- Manage the bar’s budget, including labour and inventory costs, ensuring that all costs remain within acceptable levels
- Maintain a consistent level of customer service, quality and cleanliness throughout all bar operations, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with other department heads
- Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
